HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER
At checkout in the ‘Note to Seller’ box, please copy and paste #1-3 and fill it out accordingly:
1) THIGH MEASUREMENT-
Please read below on how to take the measurement:
- Please use a string or soft measuring tape to measure where you think you will wear your garter (typically just under the THICKEST part of your thigh).
-Pull the tape measure or string snug (but not too tight) and DO NOT TAKE OFF any inches. I know exactly how much to remove to ensure a perfect fit.

Cake Topper Size
All toppers are made to fit a 6" cake in width. If you need another size please request it and we can create a custom listing for you.
Care instructions
Please unpackage all wood items carefully and repackage until date of use to prevent breakage.
All items are non-refundable
Unfortunately, we do note accept returns for our items as they are custom made and wedding related. Please make sure when ordering to include the precise details along with correct spelling. This includes making sure you have the correct shipping address. Once shipped, we can not be responsible for the incorrect address that was provided to us.
Production Time & Rush Orders
Our production time is 3-5 business days to craft for wood items, 2-3 weeks for bridal garments, and then it takes about 2-5 days to ship to you. We ask that if you need an item sooner, to purchase at least 3 weeks in advance for wood items and at least 5 weeks for bridal garments. Otherwise, we suggest purchasing the rush listing to make sure it is delivered in a timely manner since postal services can be delayed.
Where is my Item? When will it ship?
If we have shipped your item, you can track it using the USPS tracking number we provide to you. If an item is delayed through the shipping carrier or lost, please open a case with USPS. If you would like to know when your item is shipping, you can check your invoice for your schdeuled ship date. If USPS marks your item as Delivered but you can not find your item, we can not be held responsible. Please check with the carrier or with neighbors to see if was delivered to them by accident. Please have patience with shipping carriers as they do have a stressful job.
Wood Thickness
All wood is made out of a high quality birch wood. All wood items are 1/4" as mentioned in the listings. This provides lighter weight wood for wall hangings and baby crib wall decor. Before ordering please use a measuring tape to see the thickness of out wood items.
Additional Customizations are subject to Fees
If you purchase an item and note that you would like other customizations that are not included in the original listing, you will be subject to other fees. This includes adding engravings, a specialty design, adding custom pets, people, on toppers that are not originally in the listing you purchased, etc. Custom items take more time than premade items which we have to design. Please understand that our time is valuable just as yours.
